You can put my blog on your blog with these easy steps
*Copy down my blog address exactly the way it is and write sommewhere.
*Now on your blog, go to customize (make sure your signed in)
*Once in customize, find "add a gadget." It should be somewhere to the right
*Once in "add a gadget," choose "blog list"
*Then type in my blog address and follow from there (it says something like "save")

And as for getting more people to read your blog, I can't help you with that one.
