Some guy or gal is about to become $232 million dollars richer! There was only one winning ticket for Wednesday nights Powerball jackpot. The lucky ticket was sold in the farming and ranching town (Pop. 2,800) of Winner SD.
The winner who has not yet come forward to make his/her claim, has 180 days in which to do so. The jackpot is the ninth-largest Powerball ever won, and the biggest ever paid out in South Dakota.
Hmmm, I have a third cousin, Uncle Virgil, on my great-grandmothers side, who lives somewhere in the area...

no I didn't buy a ticket, I don't like wasting money on paper dreams. I'd rather save for a Delux annual pass to Disneyland. which I am. :P

I think you live in the LA area?, hence DL- Have you ever been to DW? Never been to DL myself, however DW a few times, but not for sometime.
My FAVS are the Haunted Mansion & Pirates of the Carribean. I know they've updated these rides a bit, however I think in these times, they have much more tech to utilize- however that may take away some of their charm?
I tend to be more of a fan of Disney's edgier stuff. NBC, etc.
I like getting the little scratch off tickets at grocey stores... But I HAVE to feel lucky. No use in buying one if you think you're wastin' your money.
Speaking of Disney, I visited the Haunted Mansion attraction down in Florida a couple years back... And what a LOVELY place it was to escape the heat!
