ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz!

So, did you spring ahead or fall back to sleep?- like I did!

I'm still amazed at how only an hour forward or backward can have such an effect on my body clock which at this point needs a good winding! If I feel jet lagged, I'd actually like to go somewhere- hello, really?!

Now I have to go & change 4 wall clocks- 7 wrist watches- & a partridge in a pear tree!

Yeah, my parents purposely went to bed an hour earlier last night. And even though I sleep in on Sundays, I felt like I needed an hour more of sleep. Odd. Daylight Savings Time really alters your biological clock.

Hey CTW360-

I had forgotten about the change so at about 2:30am I realized it was actually 3:30am- I thought crap, I'd better go to bed, which by then didn't help too much.
